WHAT NOW MOMS59.BLOG BLOOMNLOTUS CORPI have been attempting to go in the direction of a holistic approach of spirituality as opposed to religion.  But frame of mind is changing. I think I am trying to escape Abrahamic Christianity. I found rules everywhere,  in all of it. I met and developed a friendship with a humanist. She said her parents taught her to be a good person doing good to others. Then I developed a friendship with a Buddhist he said something like just stay mindful. Now I can get with that. How would it feel to just be free to love and be a good person? No doing have tos or aught tos. Just be. I have been looking into the Ifa African Spiritual Practices. I can understand it to some extent. It is good to learn about my ethnic history, it’s based on nature. So for right now I will practice mindfulness, it is very helpful for the self and adds peace to the world on breath at a time. I will take the Ifa experience a little bit at a time. However, one more thing on my journey I am glad I found it and Kemetic pre- historic evidence of the beginning of humankind. (Thoughts).
